Salted Kelp Knot

The degree for protein & fat content is relatively low and there is high content for carbohydrate. There is high content for crude protein, sugar, calcium and iron in kelp which is even higher than spinach & cole more than dozens of times. Comparing with other seaweed species, the Iodine content in kelp is very high with upper limit as 7%-11%.
